Rules and guidelines for a pleasant stay

Every guest/visitor/lodger who visits our campsite and stays there, should behave properly and not cause any nuisance to others. This is a common sense rule that everyone should keep in mind as well as the following more specific rules that make the stay on our grounds pleasant for everyone who visits us.

Pitches

  1. The camping season is from April 1 to September 30.
  2. The placement of camping equipment should be done in consultation with the campsite manager.
  3. The pitch should be left clean and tidy upon departure.
  4. Agreements are bound to individuals, so not transferable.

Visitors and Lodgers

  1. Visitors/lodgers must report to reception upon arrival. The guest should inform visitors in advance about the code of conduct with the request to observe it. For day visits, a visitor fee of € 2.00 p.p./p.d. will be charged. The visit must end by 10:00 PM at the latest on the grounds.
  2. Overnight visitors/lodgers must report to reception in advance for registration in our night register and for payment of the overnight fee, which is € 4,- p.p./p.n. and tourist tax if applicable.

Traffic

Always park your car in the parking area

  1. Cars/motorcycles may not drive faster than 5km per hour on the grounds (walking pace).
  2. Mopeds and scooters must be parked near the restaurant, there is a designated area for this. It is not allowed to ride on the grounds.
  3. Cars of visitors are not allowed on the grounds and can be parked in the parking area, outside the barrier.
  4. The Road Traffic Act applies on the grounds.
  5. Loading and unloading of goods is permitted in consultation with the manager.

Pets

  1. A maximum of 2 pets (dogs/cats) are allowed per pitch on the grounds.
  2. Pets of visitors are allowed under the same conditions as provided in this regulation.
  3. The pet must be vaccinated against rabies.
  4. The pet must be leashed at all times (on the grounds). Also, loose-running pets are not allowed on the adjacent beaches.
  5. The pet can be walked outside the grounds along the dike or in the adjacent meadow or beaches, animal droppings must be cleaned up immediately by the owner.
  6. The pet may not be taken into the toilet building and the shower facilities.
  7. When temporarily leaving the grounds, it is not allowed to leave the pet unattended at your tent or caravan.

Fire Safety

  1. Having open fire and keeping a campfire near the caravan, camper or tent is prohibited. You can make a campfire at the designated places along the water.
  2. Barbecuing is only allowed on your own pitch. Please follow the following rules carefully:
    • When barbecuing, take into account the wind direction, so that you disturb your neighbors as little as possible.
    • Place the barbecue at a sufficient distance from your tent or caravan.
    • Barbecuing directly on the ground is not allowed.
  3. Means other than a BBQ are not allowed (fire basket/smoke barrel/etc.)
  4. Never throw away a burning cigarette, cigar or match. The consequences can be disastrous.
  5. The storage of hazardous substances is prohibited.

Waste Disposal

  1. Waste should be separated as much as possible. Regular household waste (residual waste) should be deposited in the designated containers in closed garbage bags.
  2. Garden and bulky waste may not be deposited in the container.
  3. Garden and bulky waste must be deposited by the guest at the municipal waste disposal site.
  4. Hazardous waste (paint, turpentine, spray cans) must be delivered to the municipal waste disposal site.
  5. The guest must keep their pitch free of waste.
